I was a small-town kid from southeast Ohio who dreamed of hitting the game-winning shot, a walk-off home run, or throwing a last-second touchdown pass for the win. My summer days were spent shooting hoops for 6 hours a day. During high school, I would ask my coach to open the gym early so I could run suicides and shoot 100 free throws before school started.
I went on to play small-college basketball, but during my intro-to-photography class, my focus shifted from wanting to be a professional athlete to wanting to be a professional photographer. Over the last 20 years, I have worked hard at developing my skills, and I have been fortunate to photograph some of the most prolific athletes and storied programs in the country. Including LeBron James, Roger Federer, Scottie Scheffler, The Ohio State University Football program, ESPN College Football Playoffs, and Nike.
I believe in going the extra mile for my clients and crew. I value hard work, honesty, integrity, teamwork, and most of all relationships. These values still ring true to my heart.
